I never said SE was limiting my speeds, I was asking if there was a speed cap setting which most other game/MMO/Whatever launchers have, not a crazy scheme i'm inventing here. I have no issue downloading ANY other game on steam or anywhere else, FFXIV is the only problematic one. That's why they're telling you it's not SE.

Have you contacted your ISP? It's not on SE end I get a significantly better download speed than that, as do other posters.
